Description
This is one image in a series of monochromatic photo montages I created in honor of the 100 anniversary of the 1915 Panama-California Exposition that took place in Balboa Park, San Diego. This image is made up of three main images. Much like it is in Balboa Park itself, the California Dome and California Tower are the main focal points of this image. Ghosted in the background is the reflection lily pond that sits between the Botanical Building and the House of Hospitality/Casa De Balboa Buildings. Also ghosted in the background at the bottom left are the tiles that line the patio of the Spanish Village Art Center. Spanish Village Art Center is home to 37 working artist studios and also where my studio is located (#2).
